Add a Platform and Add a Video are the two exceptions. Both are extensions of work I am already doing for you, so they can only be added to an existing monthly package.

If ongoing support is needed, most of these can also be provided on a recurring monthly basis.

Yes. Plenty of businesses start on Basic to build the habit and move up once they see what consistent content does. Just let me know before the next billing month and we'll adjust the scope.

You get your own private content space, set up in your first week. Every post appears there exactly as it will look once published, including how it sits in your feed.

You comment on anything you want changed and approve the rest. It is free for you, you do not need to create an account or install anything, and it works in a browser on your phone. Three rounds of revision are included on every batch. Round one is your consolidated feedback across the whole batch. Round two is that feedback applied, plus one further change on any individual post. Round three is final minor amendments, as long as they do not move the publishing date.

Nothing reaches your accounts until you have approved it, and approving a post there counts as sign-off in writing, so there is no separate email to send.

Your first month is a trial. You can walk away at the end of it having paid for that month only, no questions and no fee.

After that, work runs in three month terms. Give me 30 days written notice before a term ends and it simply stops, with nothing further to pay. If you need to leave partway through a term, the remaining months of that term are payable, because the slot was held for you and turned away from someone else. On terms of six months or longer it is half the remaining months.

If I fill your slot with another client before your term would have ended, I reduce your final invoice by what they pay for those overlapping months. I would rather keep it fair than keep the money. For more information kindly refer to the Terms & Conditions.
